It's possible, but not always easily done. The Vermin have interruptions and also cause bleeding and poison and degen is never good for a 55. Try it and see if it works, if not, try tweaking your build to make it work.

The vermins can cause up to 12 pips of degen (bleeding, poison, and the boss has seeping wound), which not even mending and healing breeze can counter effectively. You can try it, but I don't think it's possible- I've made an attempt on mine and failed horribly, though maybe my build just needs a tweak.
